Thomas Brockland is a Trial Attorney in the Austin office of Rob Wiley, P.C. His passion from the beginning of his legal career has been representing workers who have been wronged by their employers. Mr. Brockland has had early exposure to a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including employment discrimination, wage theft, federal employee appeals, and labor union arbitration. He is especially committed to getting results for workers who were discriminated against on the basis of race, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age.

Mr. Brockland graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he received a J.D. with Honors and a Concentration in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. While at Emory Law, Thomas served as a Conduct Court Justice in the Student Bar Association, and he was a participating member of the Emory Public Interest Committee. Mr. Brockland received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sustainability Studies. Aside from employment law, he has a strong personal and family background in public education.
